MRCOOL products are sometimes listed under different manufacturer names on official paperwork. The QMID you use must match the Manufacturer Name exactly as it appears on your receipt or certification statement.

Try using D0G0 MRCOOL or 05Y7 HVAC DISTRIBUTING LLC.
