It's hard to comment in a user community forum based on a short paragraph with no details of the issue, but in any case, if you have tried multiple times with TurboTax Customer Support to get help with an issue, here's how you can escalate your case to the level of the Office of the President of Intuit.   They say they will respond in 1 business day.

       Or if you explain what you mean by "return stuck in the TurboTax computer system" , someone in the community might comment further once your issue is understood. 

       Did you try to efile a return in early January before the IRS officially opened up for this year's processing, and it was never received by the IRS?

      If you used Online TurboTax, when you go into your account, what is the status shown at the Tax Home page--does it show the return as accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or something else?
