I spoke the IRS before they closed the live phone service, they assured me that my return was in order and the only problem was my previous employer has not sent the W2 info to them or SSA. I contacte

Sorry the last part of my question details were cut off. I contacted the IRS and they said everything is 100% fine on my end, it's just they haven't received that info. Will they still release my refund after so long, since it's not my fault my employer failed to send the info. The IRS did say they sent a letter to my employer and yet nothing.
