My payment status changed to payment complete today. Does this mean my fees have been paid from my refund?

@arisuee2000 Forget the green bar or the little bubble-----they are meaningless.  TurboTax gets no updates from the IRS after you file your tax return.   The only source of information you should pay attention to is the IRS refund site.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2023 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

@arisuee2000 If you chose to pay your TurboTax fees by having the fees deducted from your federal refund, then TurboTax considers the fee to be paid because he have signed an agreement that means TT will be paid.  You should not misinterpret that to mean that the IRS has issued your refund.   Only the IRS controls when your refund is issued.   TurboTax only gives you an estimated date; TurboTax does not control the IRS.

It says I am receiving $414 for my refund.  Does that mean I am getting $414? Or is it $414 minus the fees from turbo tax and then I get what left? I am confused on that. My status currently says payment completed. Does that mean they have gotten what I owed them and I am receiving $414? Or do they still need to deduct their fees from the $414? Somebody help me.

This is a user community forum, so we won't know anything specific about your account.

Your original expected Federal refund amount is shown on your Federal Form 1040, Line 35a (unless the IRS changes it for some reason during processing.)     However, the TurboTax fees will lower that amount seen on your Form 1040.

NOTE:  If you chose to pay your TurboTax fees out of the Federal refund, there is also an additional $40 service fee ($45 for California filers.)

Has the IRS actually sent your refund?  Check here:

https://www.irs.gov/wheres-my-refund

If so, they say to allow up to 5 days due to variations in bank processing times.

If the IRS has released your refund, you can also check at SBTPG's website (which is the company that takes the fees out of the refund) if you chose that option.   If you did, then choose the "For taxpayers" portal at:
https://www.sbtpg.com/

It may break everything down there.
