My NJ 1040 keeps giving me error message referring me back to line 39b county muni code although the correct code is there. How can I fix it?

I had the same problem for Mercer County in New Jersey. Go to the dropdown menu on the upper right hand corner and find your county, and then municipality and then click on the county code. That worked for me.
