my name dosn't match 1099-NEC and 1099-K

I got forms 1099-NEC and 1099-K from UberEats and they miss spelled my last name with few letters off.  They also didn't put my unit # on my address.  I tried many times to resolve the issue with UberEats but no answer.  Should I go ahead and file?

Yes, you can file your return if your Social Security number on your 1099-NEC and 1099-K are correct.
