Sorry you need to have the actual file ending in .tax2019 which would only be on the original computer unless you made a backup or copied it to a flash drive or somewhere.  Maybe if the hard drive is ok you can take it out and put it into an external enclosure to access the files from it.  Ask a repair shop like Best Buy.
