My License code doesn't work

I tried to log into Turbo Tax Business doesn't work.  It says my License code has been used.  I tried to call in and had to hold and then I was hung up on before I could talk to anyone.  Anybody have an ideas?

Where did you buy it? There are some unauthorized places selling used License Codes. Like BigHomeTax and some sellers on Amazon.
