My Indiana return keeps getting rejected due to box 18 not matching but I’ve checked all numbers and they’re correct what do I do?

It’s only my state being rejected federal was accepted

Go back to each of your W-2 entries and be sure that the number in box 18 for local wages matches what is entered in box 18 of your actual W-2 form.  

If they all match, you might try to delete and re-enter the information in box 18 to be sure that a space or unknown character was not included by mistake.  

Go back through your state return and then try to transmit it again.
