I will make a quarter less this year than last year, how will they determine my estimates, so I can pay quarterly.

Estimated tax payments will be based on the entries you make when you complete the interview under Federal Taxes, Other Tax situations, Estimated Taxes.  You will be asked for estimated 2018 income.
