My income tax payment is scheduled to be paid from my checking account on April 17, 2018. Can I change that to an earlier date?

If you already transmitted your return, then no, you can't change it.  And I would not recommend making an early payment -- the IRS is likely to take the scheduled payment also, and it may take months for them to send the duplication payment back to you.

I have no idea why this has been posted on my Turbo Tax account.  I completed my tax return using Turbo Tax in January and have already received my refund.   Yet, continue to get emails saying I need to finish my taxes or I see messages like this saying my taxes are going to be withdrawn from my account.  If there are multiple accounts in my name please delete all but the latest one where I filed my return in January 2021.
