My Illinois return was rejected saying my AGI did not match, I used turbotax to fill it in. How do I fix this? The AI help is not helpful and I paid for this service.

Your AGI no longer matters. E-filing is permanently closed for past year returns. The return can only be filed by mail now, and you do not need AGI to file by mail. Print, sign and date the return in ink, and mail it to the state.
