Yes, because the IRS sees you as the same entity. So, if you are filing some paperwork for your tax return information, such as for FAFSA, your AGI is the AGI on your joint tax return. You can use your household income for applying for a personal credit card but to be safe from overspending, I would only use the part of household income that is available to me as my income to keep the credit line low.
