You will want to make sure you selected that the 1099-R form was for your husband, you can review/change this using the instructions below.

On the Tax Timeline, select "Federal Taxes"
Select "Wages and Income"
Click "Edit/Revisit" next to "IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)"
Click "Edit" next to the 1099-R in question
The next screen should allow you to verify the owner of the 1099-R and you can select who the form belongs to.
