Do you mean the IRS deposited a refund then took it back immediately ?   If so you will need to wait for the letter of explanation that will show up in a couple of weeks.

No I actually never received it at all it's still showing processing but it passed 21 days and also I noticed I didn't sign my return the turbo tax agent didn't tell me to while giving me a walk through
