My federal return was accepted but state rejected. Is there a way to get an email as to why it was rejected or what I need to do next?

Read the email that told you your state return was rejected. What does it say? What is the rejection code or rejection message?

I only received a text message that my returns Federal and state were rejected. I did not get an email from Intuit. When I opened Turbo Tax it said there were errors in the EINs of some 1099-Rs. Actually only one was wrong. I corrected that now what?

You can follow step 4 in the FAQ below if you have corrected the rejection.Then you would just wait to see if they will be accepted or rejected again.
