My Federal Refund was significantly less than it should have been? IRS sent 1862. I only got 535. Even with the offset from child support and fees, it does not add up.

I would like to know if Turbo Tax is aware of this issue and is working with SBTG to correct it. I'm a long time satisfied customer, but this is not right.

TurboTax is aware, but you have to work with Santa Ba.rbara

First, have you checked the IRS' Where's My Refund website?  It may have information about a correction or an offset.  For more details on why your refund could be less than expected, please see this Help Article.

Thank you. I have been trying to get information from their site but when I enter my information, it keeps saying they can't find me. They need to find my money.

Thank you for your response. I checked the IRS site and it states the amount sent was 1862.00 which includes any adjustments/corrections that had to be made but I only got 535.
