My Federal and State taxes were accepted. Yet the TurboTax download continues to have a watermark “DO NOT FILE FORM NOT FINAL” on the estimated tax payment forms. Help?

I called TurboTax, but the Rep had no insights.

Federal 1040ES forms are not expected to be ready in the software until AFTER 20 February.

State forms could be similar, but at depends on what state is involved.

Some states may not want them sent in so early, and may not release them until later in Feb.
