You need to enter his form 1095-A on your tax return, since you are listed on it. If he indicated on his tax return that he was claiming all of it, then you can enter zero percent for your share.

why would that happen?
It should not happen. If you enter 0 for the Premium, SLCSP and Premium Tax Credit, it should have no affect on your return.
