My father and I had ACA Insurance last year. I need to know what percentages to put about 'How to allocate the policy amounts' He paid for it all, I paid nothing. Ideas?

You need to enter his form 1095-A on your tax return, since you are listed on it. If he indicated on his tax return that he was claiming all of it, then you can enter zero percent for your share.

Hi! Thank you for answering me. One more question… should I put a zero for Premium Percentage, a zero for SLCSP Percentage, and a zero for Advanced Payment of PTC Percentage?

Yes, you can allocate 0% to each of the categories.

It should not happen.  If you enter 0 for the Premium, SLCSP and Premium Tax Credit, it should have no affect on your return.
