It's too late, there was a 5 day grace period.  Your tax return will now just be late, whenever you file it.  If you are due a refund, there is no penalty for late filing.  If you owe tax, there is both a late filing penalty and a late payment penalty.  Pay what you think you owe as soon as you can at www.irs.gov/payments.   Make sure to enter that estimated payment in Turbotax so you get credit (if you overpaid, it will add to your refund, if you under-paid, you will still owe but the penalties and interest will eventually be less.)

File as soon as you can.  If Turbotax offers to calculate a late penalty for you, decline the offer.  Wait for the IRS to bill you.  When they do, you can apply for a reduction in the penalty if this is the first time you owed a penalty.  Abatement https://www.irs.gov/businesses/small-businesses-self-employed/penalty-relief-due-to-first-time-penal...

Thanks for your quick response. So now I there no extension request. Can I correct my extension request and pay the amount or I just need to file taxes?

You can't request an extension after the deadline, and you can't correct and resubmit your request that you tried to file before the deadline because there is only a 5 day grace period for rejected submissions.  You should pay as soon as you can, if you think you owe, because that will lower your eventual penalty and interest owed.  And file your official tax return as soon as you can.
