My ex filed my children when I was to file due to court order and I had them longer then half a year. what do I need to do?

I have had both children over 50% of time.  how can I continue

My ex filed my children when I was to file due to court order and I had them longer then half a year. what do I need to do?

Unfortunately, you will have to file your income tax return by mail to claim your kids.  Once you file your income tax return by mail, the IRS will contract you and your Ex to make a determination as to who can properly claim the kids.
