My e-file got rejected because I'm on my parents' 1095-A form. After I corrected the error, I am being asked again to pay before I can e-file?

I paid my tax due by credit card and e-filed my tax return. Then it got rejected because I'm on my parents' 1095-A form. After I corrected the problem by splitting the percentage on my tax return, just as I was about to e-file again, Turbo Tax is bringing me again to the "how do you want to pay your taxes" page although I have already paid them the first time.

How do I go about from here?

You already paid the tax due directly at the IRS?  Then say you will mail a check.  Then don't mail a check.  Your return doesn't need to show you paid it.
