MY dauther that i claim as a dependant worked in 2016, do i enter that under my income or do i do a separate account for her ?

You do not report her income on your return. She would have to file her own return if she is required to file a return or is entitled to a refund.

As  you indicated, be sure and create a new account her her. Do not use your account. If you were to use your account, all your data would be over-written with hers and you could no longer access your tax return.
