If you are an Advantage subscriber where you receive the desktop software (CD or Download) automatically each tax year, sign onto your Advantage account and then use the toll free phone number to speak with an agent concerning your order - https://accounts-tax.intuit.com/turbotaxadvantage

You can download the installation file after signing onto your Advantage account
