My Company give a discounted ticket for using public transportation. Where is that on federal taxes? State give a credit for ridesharing/transportation if inputted on Fed

I write a check for this discounted ticket so it is not taken pre tax. I cannot claim it on my State tax unless it is inputted on my Federal but I cannot find where to input it.
