If the CD you purchased is not working for your Mac computer, you can contact Customer Service who will most likely transfer you to Product Support that can push you the same download for the Mac that you tired to purchase via CD version.
I will advise you, unfortunately TurboTax does not have a "direct" line in whcih you can call. However I do have step-by-step directions to get into contact with a live agent. Those instructions are as follows:
