If your final return states that you should be receiving a certain amount but you receive less, this means that the state has made an adjustment to your refund after they have received it.
If a tax agency changes your refund from what is shown on the printed copy of the return, they will send a letter of explanation to you via postal mail over the next couple of weeks.
You can either wait for the letter from your state to see why there was an adjustment, or you could contact them to have them access your account and explain the reasoning behind it to you.
