My Ar state return cannot be completed because of Form AR1000F that stated it would be available today now its stated 01/27. Why?

It also states my refund is $113 instead of the full $680 I should receive but I don't owe any previous taxes. Why does the date keep moving for the last form I need to file my Ar state taxes.

The state must approve TT's version (programming) of the form before it can be released. Apparently that approval has been delayed.

Where is form 4547 to fill out and submit with taxes here on turbo tax? I have completed my taxes here and want to submit so it can be efiled as soon as it opens.
