Can I still change it even my Federal was already accepted?

Yes, as long as your total Federal income (Box 1)  is not affected. 

Just make sure the state income matches, this will not affect your Federal return. 

If you imported your W-2, you might want to delete them and re-enter (type) manually.

Do you have any other income besides your W-2 which might list a different state? Is so, check how that income was reported as far as which state it was attributed to.

Yes I have california w2. I also put all the information there. Is there a way to ask turbotax to do it for me? Like can I pay to have somebody fix it?

Yes, you can always switch to a full service return and have a professional tax preparer do your taxes for you.  If you log in to your TurboTax account the option should be right there.
