My account is still showing I haven't finished my 2023 taxes even though I paid 221.00 for the assistance and it wont let me do anything to file for this years.

I've tried calling and that stupid computer cant help. I just want someone to help clear this matter up so I can file my 2024 taxes

Can you please clarify why is it not letting you file? Are you getting any errors or messages that is preventing you from filling the return?
