No. Keep all the ones that say "Keep For Your Records". Only send pages 1 and 2 of the Form 1040 and all schedules. Also, I would write in BOLD letters across the top that this is a copy. Write a note and attached explaining your situation. Be sure to sign the return and send copies of all W-2's, 1099s etc.
