my 2018 returns never went throught. i never received my money. I think because on one of my W-2 (I have 5) has the wrong social #. i got help from one of your agents but everytime i fixed it, it wouldnt save. so i never got them corrected. I dont know what to do

If your 2018 was never filed, you can fix the SSN, finish and paper file it in the TurboTax Software.

Prior year return can't be e-filed.
