Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call.  You can simply enter "download" as your question.

There will be some personal information gathered so we can create a case for you.  A phone number will be provided, specific to your case, to speak directly with a TurboTax agent.

Note:  The Call option will not be available when TurboTax Support is closed.  In addition, the Federal Free version does not include phone support unless you upgrade to PLUS.  You can still get assistance on our live community at the link below.
