If your 1095-A entry says 'Needs Review' that is just a display reminder, and doesn't affect your return.
Make sure you entered your 1095-A exactly as issued; leave blanks for $0's (unless the $0 is in Column B). Here's more info on How to Enter Form 1095-A.
If you have already Efiled and been rejected by the IRS for Form 1095-A, you can fix your return and re-file it.
