Multiple GICs

I have multiple GICs from the same bank. When declaring the interest can I lump them all together as one lump sum interest earned or do I have to list them separately? I did receive separate NR-4s for each GIC.

Yes, you can report all of the interest income as one entry.

Form 5695, part II 17A, 17b, and 17c are all being incorrectly marked "No" even though I answer the questions correctly in the home energy credit section.
