I am using Turbotax 2023 Deluxe on Windows 11. My wife and I have separate Fidelity accounts. I downloaded my account data today. When I try to download my wife's data, Turbotax returns my account data not hers. The software doen't give me a chance to enter her login credentials. What can I do?

Ooops, I didn't even notice you indicated 2022 (which, of course, you can't import anymore)
In the upper-rt corner of your original post there are three little dots...click on those and there will be an "Edit" selection.
Not sure but try the following.
1) go to the "file" menu in the upper-left corner of the software....if it shows you as "Signed In" down in the bottom part of the drop-down menu....sign out.
2) Shut down TTX, and then "refresh" the screen
3) restart TTX.
4) Repeat #1, but sign back in instead.
5) Then open your tax file....go to the area where you import the Fidelity 1099 stuff, and see if it lets you use the separate Fidelity login for your spouse.
6) double check to make sure the import didn't overwrite what you imported for yourself (it shouldn't, but I worry about that).
IF spouse only had 1099-INT and 1099-DIV forms, those are easy to enter manually...an actual 1099-B/8949 can be more complex if more than a very few sales were exercised.

You solution worked! Also, it did not overwrite my data.
I should correct my post to read Turbotax 2023!
Thanks

After following the above procedure, it still did not work.
I then cleared cache on my browser (Safari) and tried it again and that worked. This might be a quirk on the Mac but this is just what worked for me.
