I receive 5 1099-Int and -Div forms for 2025. I went through the Import feature of TurboTax. After I enter the Account # and Document ID for each of the forms, I see this:
"Connection complete!

Probably not related to multiple forms. This is related to disabled cross-scripting in your browser. This is common for security reasons. What browser are you using (to sign into your financial institution)? I used Brave and had same issue until I exempted the URL )disabled the shield in Brave). The steps to do that might be different in other browsers.
I use Edge and have access to Chrome.
Once you have finished entering an investment income item, in both Desktop and Online versions, you end up at a screen where you have the choice to Add Investments or Confirm. Clicking on Confirm takes you back to an Income Summary screen where you can choose another Income topic.
If you are in Online you can also go to the left side menu and click on Wages & Income to get to the full list of income items from which to choose if you want to move to another topic or go back to one of the previous ones.
To fix TurboTax import issues, clear your browser cache/cookies, update software, disable ad/pop-up blockers, and ensure your browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge) is updated to support secure connections. If import is disabled, verify third-party data sharing in your brokerage account settings. See this help article for troubleshooting steps with importing a document.
For Chrome there are couple of ways, but the easiest probably is to install the "Disable Content-Security-Policy" extension or any other extension that disables CSP from the Chrome Web Store. Click the extension icon to toggle CSP on or off for the current page, allowing you to bypass script blocking. Just make sure not to forget to turn it back on. I have not tried Chrome or Edge, so cannot vouch for those. I almost exclusively use Brave (for variety of security and privacy reasons). But CSP is a culprit here.
This worked for me. Thank you!
