Moved states, kept the same job-W2 Entry Help

Hello,

I moved from IL to KY in 2022 and work remotely, so kept the same employer. They gave me 3 W2s. One with the first 12 boxes filled out with the Illinois breakout in the last boxes of a w2, one with boxes 1-12 blank with only the last boxes filled out for Kentucky at the state/county level, and one with boxes 1-12 blank and the final boxes filled out for a local Kentucky city tax.

My question: Do I enter 3 w2s in Turbo Tax separately and enter 0 in boxes 1-6 for the Kentucky w2s since they’re blank on the w2s OR do I enter it as 1 w2 and have 3 different state line for boxes 15 through the end OR something else?

You enter them as if they were a single W-2.  You fill out the federal information in boxes 1 -  12, and then add all of the state and local information as if it was all on the same form.
