Morgage interest filing jointly

I am married and we are applying for mortgage with only me as a borrower and my wife as a non-borrower but she will be on the title. Even though my wife is not a borrower, will I be able to apply mortgage interest deduction when we jointly file tax returns next year?

Yes, you will claim everything on your joint return.
