MN state return keeps getting rejected, no reason given

My MN state return keeps getting rejected, no code is given, does not give me any idea as to why it is getting rejected.  I have no idea what to fix as it does not tell me anything.  I have looked over the forms and cannot find anything that would cause it to be rejected.  Is there an issue with MN e-file?
