Missing instructions to file by mail for both federal and state returns

I am missing the instructions for file by mail for both my federal and state returns. I tried following some advice that was posted here on the subject a few years back and it didn’t work.

Your federal tax return goes to a different location depending on the state that you live in.  See this list to determine the location for you. Where to File Paper Tax Returns (irs.gov) 

You can find your state's mailing address by checking with their Department of Revenue.   Use that link to find your state.  

If you print out your tax return, the first page has a summary of your returns and mailing instructions, if applicable.   See Filing by Mail
