@johngeisert That person definitely didn't look. They just keep saying 6 weeks, but I haven't seen anyone online that actually took 6 weeks. Its like they have a script to read.

@okina.alford I feel the same way! My bills are piling up by the second! I don't see it taking 6 weeks. Like to u said, 3 weeks max is what I've been seeing...I'm praying we all get our money soon!

I faxed mine on 2/21 . I have spoken to many reps about it. The last one I spoke to said mine is back in processing but there was no refund date yet. My tax topic 152 came back then disappeared again. I have no clue what's going on. It has been over 3 weeks now. I am very frustrated, I just want my money!

@ccoursey0625 I'm in the same boat! This is a nightmare and almost everybody I know is having problems with this. The IRS sucks! I haven't gotten my tax topic back yet either.

Well it will be 3 weeks Friday and every other thread I have read people are saying 3 weeks! But hell when you call they don't give any info. I hate this market place bullshit!

I faxed mine on the 20th February, and my wmr was updated last week that is was approved, my check (suppose to be direct deposited, but per irs my checking account info was zero out but on my end I'm showing my account is on my return that I faxed over) is scheduled to be mail out on the 18th of march

There is no doubt that therected are a lot of people in dire need to get there income tax return. I am one of those people. I lost my job the first week in February and my unemployment was not going through. So I have been living on credit cards for the last month. So I understand the frustration that everyone may be feeling. Here's the kicker. I filed my taxes on 01/29 and finally after all the faxing and the phone calls and the worries. I have a DDD for 03/16. It has been very stressful to say the least.the only advice I can really give is don't pissed the reps off on the phone. They can make your lives miserable if they want. @jeipatriot How long did it take before you got your letter and faxed back the documents? I filed on 1/29 as well and was accepted the same day, but didn't get my letter until the 25th and faxed on the 1st. I'm just trying to get a comparison time frame.
