There is no doubt that therected are a lot of people in dire need to get there income tax return. I am one of those people. I lost my job the first week in February and my unemployment was not going through. So I have been living on credit cards for the last month. So I understand the frustration that everyone may be feeling. Here's the kicker. I filed my taxes on 01/29 and finally after all the faxing and the phone calls and the worries. I have a DDD for 03/16. It has been very stressful to say the least.the only advice I can really give is don't pissed the reps off on the phone. They can make your lives miserable if they want.
