I’ve uploaded my W2, checked all the boxes and still being charged for deluxe services and state returns. Will I be reimbursed as the websites saying Active duty enlisted files for free. Yes I’ve used the military site also.

Assuming you are an enlisted member.............and are using the "Online" software.

There are two spots you have to make sure you have entered the correct entries in order to get the "discount":
1) Edit your name in the My Info section, and make sure you indicated you were active duty during 2021, and your rank.
2) Edit your Military W-2. Step thru the main W-2 entry pages with all the proper $$ boxes filled in, and there will be a follow-up page with a whole bunch of checkboxes on it. You need to check a box that indicates that the W-2 is for your Active Duty military pay.
Once both of those are done, your filing should be free (except for any taxes you might owe).
I’ve done both and it’s still asking for payment. I’ve also checked several times

Someone might offer another suggestion, but in the interest of time, here's how to reach the folks at TurboTax Support. They are open now.
FAQ: What is the TurboTax phone number?

SOem recent update in the past few months must have messed it up...
Then, Your only recourse would be Customer Support:

.....and if that doesn't work by this afternoon, pay the fees with a credit card....hoping you could get a credit later (but be prepared to eventually eat those fees). Yeah, Last minute filing complications are hard to deal with.
