Michigan schedule w will not delete

I have nothing in any field nor worksheet I can see that requires a schedule w for michigan, and it's really freaking annoying. I have zero 1099s, I just have my normal w2 Income.

I think I had this issue last year and can't remember how I fixed it.

I also can't view each individual worksheet to go line by line to see what's screwed up.

Any help would be appreciated.

State forms sometimes have a bad habit of regenerating despite the fact that they are not needed.
