MetLife + Turbotax confusion, Want download and key and not online Premium. Marketing is deceiving.

I switched to a MetLife legal plan because it said it included TurboTax Premium not Online Premium.   I want the actual software and not the cloud version.   Has anyone found a link to get the key and software in their MetLife Plans or has customer service been able to swap out like for like to help customers who prefer local software over the cloud Premium version.   I was pretty frustrated when I logged in expecting to find a download link and key.  I need to know who can fix this at turbotax and not give me the run around and a clear contact please.
