Hello: I am a member a country club in which I take clients for dinner and entertainment. Am I allowed to deduct by membership dues as a business deduction? Please advise and thanksRay Gorman

What is going on with my taxes. I filed my taxes late. It was after the due date, since I was on a deployment. My taxes got approved on 2 May. I have not recieved, yet.

taxpayer died Feb 29 2024, no further quarterly tax payments will be due, no further income.
