Is this a query to see if the medical portion of the automobile insurance policy premium can be deducted on your tax return?

Note that the portion of automobile insurance premiums that apply to medical coverage for persons injured in or by a car are generally not deductible on your tax return, unless it is a business expense.

Medical insurance premiums paid with after-tax dollars can generally be deducted on Schedule A under Medical Expenses, but this does not apply to automobile policies.
