Medical Expense Worksheet - Line 2b

I can't duplicate line 2b from any of my medical insurance premiums.  I am on Medicare and my wife is in the ACE Market place so we also have a Form 8962 and 1095-A.  Clicking on the value in the worksheet page just references Form 1095-A but there is no combination of the numbers on that form match the value on Line 2b of the medical expense worksheet.  Can anybody explain exactly how that number is calculated or where it comes from?
